I met Juan through brother who needed wood replaced on his house. They did a wonderful job, I was very pleased. I made an appointment with him about building a sunroom for me. Omg it is more than what I expected. It is beautiful, the workers were a great team they were on time ready to work. They finish the job in about three weeks, there was bad weather during the process. Mr Tony one of the architects was great he explained everything and did not mind answering questions. I am immensely grateful to Ron Levesque. My heart and soul are filled with such joy due to my new deck. He is truly a blessing! For years, I reached out to various individuals who either did not respond or visited to assess the situation but failed to follow up with a quote. I made repeated phone calls, yet no one returned my calls. On November 8th, I contacted the Home Depot Renovation Project Program, and by November 11th, Ron had responded. And he was the only one who responded. He informed me that he could come out the very next day, and he indeed came to my aid. He arrived the following day. To summarize, I detailed my concerns and requirements, and on November 18th, he and his team commenced the work. He guided me through the entire process and was present on both days. His reassurance allowed me to place my trust in him and his crew. The team was punctual on both occasions. Once again, I am extremely satisfied! We worked with Joseph Miller on this job. He was very communicative, helpful, and available when we needed him.
We had 3 things done Roof soft wash, gutter replacement, and exterior trim/door painting.
Roof soft wash great, roof looks like new afterwards, removed the dark streaks.
Gutter replacement good job, gutters look to be good quality. 6 in. gutters make a big difference in function and looks.
Painting good job. Rotted wood was replaced and painted. They also painted dormers with siding that turned out really well. There were some issues that we addressed that we initially noticed, and Joseph made sure the corrections were made.
Improvements that should be made cleanup after the job: old gutter parts left behind, old paint flakes and old nails left in various areas, some paint/caulk marks left on driveway, paint marks on the window, and caulk tube tops left near the curb.
Also, we didnt initially notice until recently, but the broken metal from an old thermometer holder attached to the window trim was painted over instead of being removed first, then painted.
Overall, we think it went well and recommend working with Joseph.

Juan's use of technology allowed him to quickly identify and resolve the problem. Even though I was not informed in advanced that the team was in route, the team worked fast and efficiently. There were some debris left around the house from the work, including trash found on the roof and a couple of nails on the ground, indicating they need a better process for disposing waste. I went online on the Home Depot website to get estimates to replace my decking which included deck stairs, a walkway, porch and a second story deck. Home Depot said 6 different companies would contact me to set up times for them to come out to give me an estimate. 2 companies never contacted me. 2 other companies contacted me and set up a time and never showed. Of the 2 companies that did come out to give me an estimate Empire Roofing & Restoration is the one I felt most comfortable after talking to their salesman and him explaining everything that was going to happen. The estimate was more than a fair price for all the work that was involved. Of course, they had to make upgrades to come up to code, because all my decking were thirty five years old. I think the deck, walkway, porch and new stairs look gorgeous. I went with Trex and I would strongly recommend Empire Roofing & Restoration. The company's representatives stayed in contact with me the whole time, anytime I had a question or concern they were there to answer it. Empire was called in to help with an unfortunate rain event that left our old house with water damage on and inside the walls. We used a paint crew for 3 weeks. They were courteous, quiet, and very respectful of furnishings in the house. Then we found some flooring damage and Empire brought in the flooring crew to replace a floor, or just a few boards, or restain areas to blend in so no one would notice there had been damage. Always polite, always in communication, and very accommodating to our own household schedule. Will use again.

They worked with me all the way dealing with a bank that keep asking for the same documents over and over. As soon as the money was released from the bank, they came and did my roof. We contracted with a local Cape Coral, FL roofing company prior to hurricane Ian (including paying a large deposit) but they totally failed us after the storm. Our neighbor had an Empire Roofing sign in his yard so my husband decided to give them a call. What a great decision!
Alton came to our house within days, listened to the horror story we had just gone through with the other company, and came back with a reasonable price and timeline. He was very responsive, respectful, and overall great to work with.
Our new roof got installed in mid-January 2023 and it looks really good. Crew had it done in two days! Our neighbors are waiting months for their roofs, so we are very blessed to be able to close this chapter of our post Ian saga.

I had to have a total roof installation done and had heard about how great a job Empire Roofing does. I was hesitant due to past experiences but called and immediately got a response back from Austin Gilbert. He came the same day. From start to finish he was very patient with me and my questions. I like things explained in detailed and simple language. He kept me informed of every step of the entire process. The attention to detail was amazing. They secured and protected the entire perimeter of my house including putting tarps down to protect my landscaping, walkways etc. I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed. Let me start off by telling you how impressed I was with this company. I was so over whelmed with the damage and all the frustration from hurricane Ian. I had a couple contractors come out to give me an estimate but I just didn't have a comfortable feeling about them. Then I contacted Austin from Empire Roofing because of the things I read on Next Door. I was very impressed with Austin from the day I met him. He is very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of our questions. Then came the day we got our new roof. The crew was very respectful of our property. They covered all the plants and even removed the small stone statues we had so they wouldn't get broken. When the job was complete they put everything back and cleaned up any nails that fell to the ground. Austin came by several times throughout the day and took drone photos of the progress and sent them to my phone. Oh and another very important thing, Austin dealt with my insurance adjuster the whole time. That was a huge help for me. I want to thank Austin and Empire Roofing for a job well done.

This company goes above and beyond! I called them after I saw one of their trucks in my community. After my house was hit by Hurricane Ian, I had another roofing company tell me that I needed a whole new roof for $20,000. I knew that wasn't true since I had just put a new roof on within the past 7 years and I could look up on my roof and not see any shingles missing. I called empire roofing and they sent over Austin Prow who is a very very nice and compitent young man. He went up on my roof and reported to me that there was some damage. I told him that I wanted to only replace damaged area with a Corning product that I had put on the roof 7 years earlier. He sent me an estimate for $1,450. He, himself shopped for and delivered the exact product that I wanted to my house. He sent out 2 very compitent roofers. Very positive experience with everything that we needed done for our roof. Reid made sure everything was perfect and we were happy with the job before taking any payment. We first called them for a quote on some needed repairs on our gutters and a roof soft wash. They sent someone, Reid, came out on a weekend to look at stuff and gave us a quote explaining the best plan of attack with plenty of details to make an informed decision. I never felt pressured into agreeing to anything nor did he try to sell me on any extra repairs and when something didnt turn out as we talked he went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. Within a week, we had the installers come and install gutters for the rear side of my house. I would highly recommend them. Theyve also done a wonderful job as well.

I am President of a 97 unit townhouse community in Roswell Ga. We have had many working relationships with our service providers. Almost 3 years ago we put new roofs on our buildings ($$$$) and we have had a nightmare with the company that installed them ever since. Broken warranty, really bad workmanship in repairs. We have been dealing with a very unfortunate situation with roofers who installed our roofs initially would not honor their warranty and fix leaks. Austin has been great to work with! He's helped us navigate 2 different repairs after trees fell on our house. We were so pleased with him and with Empire when we worked with them in 2020 that we called them again when a tree fell on our roof in January.

I was told I needed new gutters by a different gutter company. Austin Gilbert came out very quickly after my call and nixed that. They repaired the fascia and reattached the gutters correctly. A problem I've been worried about for years was an easier fix than I thought.

He assured me that his roofer would repair my leak and even sent me pictures of the repair from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. Austin also reached out after a heavy rain to see if the repair was successful! To reach out several weeks after being paid for the job shows that Empire roofing cares about their customers. Austin was sent to my house to inspect a leak weve had occur in the last week or so, he was extremely helpful in finding the leak! He then sat down with me and explained every step of the repair process , really made me feel safe about the repair process! He installed a temporary tarp the same day to stall the leak for FREE!! His crew come out 2 days later and fixed the leak all in such a timely manner! HIGHLY reccomend this company for any of your roofing needs! Ask for austin!

I had a great experience with Empire roofing. From the moment I called they came right out inspected it and scheduled dates to get the work done on the roof due to a leak in the attic.
